Color Masterbatch is a plastic colorant made from a high proportion of pigment or additive mixed with thermoplastic resin, which has good dispersion. The selected resin has excellent lubrication and dispersion effects on the colorant and is highly compatible with the colorant material.

Color Masterbatch, also known as color species, is a new type of polymer material specifically used for colorants, also referred to as pigment preparation. It is primarily used in plastics.

Color Masterbatch consists of three basic elements: pigment or dye, carrier, and additive. It is a concentrated mixture obtained by evenly distributing an excessive amount of pigment into the resin, resulting in higher coloring power than the pigment itself.

During processing, a small amount of color masterbatch mixed with the colored resin can achieve the desired pigment concentration.

Application Scope:

Widely used in plastic product industries such as blown film, blow molding, injection molding, extrusion, granulation, wire drawing, sheet, and pipe manufacturing.

Usage Instructions:

Mix this masterbatch directly with plastic raw materials evenly before processing.

• The exact dosage should be determined by the user based on the specific plastic material used.
